How to prepare a knuckle sandwich:

Take equal parts of rancor and belligerence.

Beat thouroughly.

Add a dash of intolerance. And a dollop of frustration.

Bring to a boil.

Sprinkle liberally with bigotry.

And serve with brass knuckles!
